Bún Gà Nướng Sả is a Vietnamese dish that showcases the extraordinary versatility of lemongrass. At Bolsa Restaurant, chicken thighs are marinated in freshly pounded lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, and a hint of chili before being grilled over high heat.
